Returns

As our facetowels are single use personal care items, we only accept unopened orders still in their plastic wrap and not associated with a promotion.

To initiate a return, email hello@yesyouskin.com with your order number and reason for return. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for the price of return shipping.

If yesyou provides a return label, the return labels must be used within 7 days.
 Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties.

Subscription Management

You can skip, delay, or cancel your subscription anytime:

  • Via your account dashboard

  • Or by emailing hello@yesyouskin.com

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If something’s off with your delivery, let us know within 7 days of receipt with:

  • A photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging

  • The packing slip or label

Refund & Credit Timing

  • Refunds: Processed typically within 3–7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).

  • Store credit: Issued within 3-7 business days of return approval.

  • Shipping charges and return label fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be refunded.

  • Used towels and opened boxes are not eligible for return.
