First Box Free – Risk-Free Guarantee
Your first box is free, just pay shipping, and it starts your monthly subscription. If you're not happy with your first box, just email us at hello@yesyouskin.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll issue a refund for the product portion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked.
Limit one free box per household.
If we detect abuse (e.g., creating multiple accounts to claim additional free boxes), we reserve the right to retroactively charge $25 per box for any additional orders placed under separate accounts.
Returns for Additional Orders
Returning a second box or beyond? Here's how it works:

Unopened items: Full refund to your original payment method.

Opened or used items: Eligible for store credit only if returned in like-new condition.

Bundles, gifts, or promotional sets: Must be returned in full to be eligible.
To initiate a return, email hello@yesyouskin.com with your order number and reason.
We’ll send a return label (U.S. & Canada only). A $5 flat fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return labels must be used within 15 days.
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping and any duties.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If something’s off with your delivery, let us know within 7 days of receipt with:

A photo of the item

A photo of the packaging

The packing slip or label
We’ll send a replacement (same item only) at no cost. If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.
Refund & Credit Timing

Refunds: Processed within 3–7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).

Store credit: Issued within five business days of return approval.

Shipping charges and return label fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be refunded.

Used towels are not eligible for return.

Promotional items must be returned with your order to qualify for a refund or credit.
